Raw broccoli prepared as a fresh salad, marinated in lemon juice and olive oil with spices.
for two portions:
3 heads of broccoli
juice of one lemon
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Himalayan salt (or regular salt)
Wash broccoli, and then chop it into small pieces (up to 1 cm).
Prepare the marinade with the spices, garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil.
Pour the marinade over the chopped broccoli and leave to cool for one hour.
