Cashew mayonnaise

 

Cashew nuts mayonnaise is the ideal substitute for egg made mayonnaise and can be used by all people who avoid eggs for health or other reasons.

Ingredients

0,1 liters of water
350 g cashew nuts
4 tablespoons of chopped onion
juice of one lemon
Himalayan salt, according to taste
1 teaspoon of agave syrup

Preparation

Soak the cashews for about 5 hours, so they can give a creamier consistency.
Put all the ingredients in the blender: water, cashews, onion, lemon juice, and salt. Blend well, for about 2-4 minutes depending on your blender. Add more water if necessary.
Mayonnaise can be kept in the refrigerator for up to seven days.
