There are many ways to gain optimum nutrition and to be adequately nourished. We can see that the Mediterranean diet, the vegan diet, the low fat omnivorous diet that follows the food pyramid advice, the macrobiotic diet, even diets without gluten or milk can meet the nutrient requirements when adequately planned. People are clearly different and can adopt different feeding patterns, and still be healthy when they know which may be the limitations of their diets and which diet factors to look for.
