Green vegetable juice
To prepare this juice you will need only vegetables. The fresh juice can be used every morning, it cleans up the body and moves the metabolism in the detoxification program. The ingredients can be found out in summer as well as in fall (the addition of kale).
Ingredients
2 red bell peppers
2 tomatoes
2 cucumbers
one bunch of parsley
fresh kale
Preparation
Wash, clean and cut the vegetables. Work the vegetables in the juicer.
The juice should be consumed right away, but can also be stored a few hours in the refrigerator in a glass jar.
