This creamy beverage can be ideal for breakfast, or as a stand-alone dessert.
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup (frozen) raspberries
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of water
Peel the bananas, chop and freeze for at least two hours.
Place the frozen bananas, peaches, (frozen) raspberries and almond milk in the blender. Mix well, and add water if too thick.
Ingredients for two servings.
