Ingredients for 1-2 servings
1 tablespoon butter
4-5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Wash zucchini and cut into slices 3-4 mm thick.
Chop the onion into strips.
Cook or steam the zucchini and onion for ten minutes.
Put the cooked vegetables in a ceramic baking dish, add butter, grated cheese, salt and pepper, mix well.
Whisk the egg and pour over the vegetables, stir once again.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs, close the container with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove aluminum foil and bake another 5 minutes.
Serve with a salad.
