350 g cashew nuts
4 tablespoons of chopped onion
juice of one lemon
Himalayan salt, according to taste
1 teaspoon of agave syrup
Soak the cashews for about 5 hours, so they can give a creamier consistency.
Put all the ingredients in the blender: water, cashews, onion, lemon juice, and salt. Blend well, for about 2-4 minutes depending on your blender. Add more water if necessary.
Mayonnaise can be kept in the refrigerator for up to seven days.
