Chocolate pralines

 

Easily prepare chocolate pralines that melt in your mouth – just stir the ingredients, pour into molds and wait for a while.

Ingredients

1/2 cup of coconut oil
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Melt the coconut oil with the honey (or other sweetener, eg. stevia, maple syrup). Whisk and add the cocoa powder to get a creamy consistency.
Pour into a silicone ice cube tray, or silicone mini muffin tray. Chill for 30 minutes (fridge, freezer). Makes 12 pralines.
You can leave the coconut oil at room temperature it consistence it will have a semi-liquid consistency, and you can work it easily, sometimes even without using heat.

Enrich your chocolate pralines with maca powder (mix one teaspoon with honey), orange peel (organic), nuts, dried fruit, seeds, dried coconut … according to your taste.
