Kale chips

Kale is rich in vitamins, minerals and chlorophyll. Here we give an idea how to make your own extremely healthy version of chips. As for the spices, you can use the one that you love, garlic, paprika flakes, or add chilly powder if you like spicy food.

a few kale leaves
garlic powder

Preheat the owen to 140 C.
Wash the kale, remove the thick centers and cut into mouthful size bits.
In a large saucepan, pour oil over kale and gently massage the kale to coat with oil.
Add salt and season with garlic powder.
Arrange the kale on a baking sheet, spread it out evenly, then bake for 7 minutes.
Be careful because kale leaves are very thin and when they turn brown do not taste good anymore.

Serve chilled chips, if not consumed right away store in a jar in the refrigerator to keep the crunchy texture.
