Strawberry and orange smoothie

Smoothies retain all the parts of the fruit especially fiber, and thus help to delay the onset of hunger and have a greater nutritive value than clear juices. Smoothies can be prepared in the morning and taken to work, possibly in a glass jar and can be kept in the refrigerator if not consumed right away.

2 bananas
2 oranges
1 cup strawberries
4 dates

Peal the bananas and oranges, cut to smaller pieces and put with the rest of the ingredients in the blender. Blend well to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add water if the consistency is too thick.
